■ Area: 862 square metres

■ Scope of Work: Make good of floor for building owner (Stocklands Property Trust). Design and construction of total fitout including the construction of ceilings, partitions and doors, floor coverings, electrical and data/voice services, air-conditioning, hydraulics, furniture, joinery, workstations, amenities and storage.

This project was completed within a ten week period, including design and make good, from late November, 2000 to February, 2001.
