The Chairman, Mr John Eager of Multibuild Australia, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Assets, Business and Intellectual Property of Quadric Interiors from the 5th of November 2007.

Who is Multibuild?
Multibuild Australia commenced operations in 1984 and has now been providing office solutions to Australian and International companies for more the twenty years.

Located centrally in Parramatta area, Multibuild Australia is 100% Australian owned. It is focused on the provision of full range of fit out services, from Design and Specification to physically preparation of built interiors and the supply and installation of joinery, furniture and workstations.

Continuity of ownership underlines Multibuild Australia’s commit to building relationships with its clients so that their business objectives are supported by the work environments created and developed for them.

Quadric Interiors (NSW) was established in 1982 and is a Construction Management, Fit out and Refurbishment business.

Quadric’s Contracting Activities are supported by its custom design and feature joinery workshop which also sells to third parties. Quadric’s work ranges from multi-million projects to smaller “boutique” fit outs. Multibuild Australia has sold the joinery workshop to an existing and long established strategic partner of the Multibuild Australia business and will have exclusive access to that turn key facility for optimal customer outcome.

Quadric’s contracting activities include interior fit out and refurbishment (office, retail and high end residential), project management, construction management (including the detailed provision of project reporting, contract administration, OH & S and risk management and site management to commercial and high end residential development) and project site head contractor.

Quadric has a number of strategic alliances with key participants in the fit out and refurbishment markets including corporate fit out for project management companies and interiors architecture firms.

Quadric also brings strategic activities into the fold with strategic divisions within the business. These include facilities, support services (“QFS”), from the design, manufacture and distribution of DAS Corporate Furniture (DAS Corporate Furniture) and the distribution of 3 Form High Tech, decorative material.
