■ Scope of Work: Refurbishment of a 2 storey terrace, internally and externally. Interior décor by Pia Francesca Design. Project included new floors, full lining of all walls, fitting of kitchen, furniture and joinery, rewiring electrical and data / phones, air-conditioning, lighting, carpets, exterior rendering and painting, wrought iron work, security, carport and signage.
